That starts with experience. Not just a little, but a serious amount.

Patricia has been around for over 28 years. She started in the corporate gifts industry, then made the move to an advertising agency, and has now been the owner of Tailwind Premiums for 14 years. She knows exactly how to turn an idea into something that is not only beautiful but also practical and feasible. That is why Tailwind Premiums has existed since 2012.

Willem has been in the business for about 30 years now. He started out at one of the largest premium suppliers in the Netherlands, then took over his own premium company, and later ran a full-service advertising agency. But eventually, he returned to where it all began: conceiving, developing, and creating products/concepts.

And then there is Ciska. More than 30 years of experience and practically grew up in the world of corporate gifts. She is also a Christmas gift specialist and it shows. She oversees the big picture, thinks ahead, and ensures everything falls into place, even when the project becomes just a little more complex.

Together, they form a team that knows the ropes. Not because they have to, but because they have been through it hundreds of times.

What do you notice about that? That things are done just a little differently here. Clients speak of the speed and the “next level” service standard.

They ask questions where others stop. They think a step ahead when something still needs to be conceived. And they are also honest when something isn't a good idea, which is certainly pleasant.
